Dr. Buchanan is an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Augusta University with a focus on dermoscopy and pigmented skin lesions. She graduated from NC State University with a degree in chemical engineering and completed medical school at East Carolina University. Her dermatology residency was completed at the Medical College of Georgia (Augusta University) where she has remained on faculty since graduating in 2020.
